Brittany works with youth (13-21 years) and families. She is a white, cisgender lesbian woman with a passion for providing 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming care.

Brittany aims to help clients with identity exploration and affirmation, relationship issues, family struggles, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and stress. She hopes to empower youth and assist them with navigating the unique challenges that come with being a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, effectively.

Brittany uses a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques but is mostly concerned about building a positive therapeutic relationship with her clients and meeting them where they are at.

Brittany has been practicing Social Work since 2011 and over the past few years has been focusing more of her work on the 2SLGBTQIA+ population. Her experience has primarily involved supporting the most vulnerable and at-risk youth in the community. She is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
