Christine works with youth 18+, individual adults, and adult relationships. She is a white, intersex, ADHD-identified queer person. She has a particular interest in helping the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and individuals with ADHD explore challenges around anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender questioning, stress management, executive dysfunction, and difficulties with relationships.

Christine takes a non-judgmental and radical acceptance stance, aiming to encourage clients to live fulfilling lives that inspire growth and line up with personal values. She is passionate about delivering meaningful psychotherapy from an attachment-based client-centred approach and setting a safe space for anyone to discuss their struggles.
 
Christine utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in their goals and deeply values placing a priority on the relationship that will develop between herself and her clients. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is available for virtual and in-person sessions from Tuesdays to Fridays.
