Sarah (she/her) is a cisgender, white woman in her late 40’s with over 20 years of experience serving families within the London community. She provides support to both adults and youth aged 13 and older, focusing on a wide range of areas, including adoption, openness, empty nesting, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, parenting challenges, caregiving for aging parents, and supporting individuals diagnosed with cancer and navigating treatment.
Sarah is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections with individuals, prioritizing safety, and supporting a regulated nervous system. She integrates attachment theory, a strengths-based approach, and trauma-informed care to help clients navigate cultural expectations and effectively manage the complexities of modern life. Through this approach, Sarah works to empower individuals in addressing the multifaceted challenges of being human in today’s global environment.
