Jessica (Jess) Hope is a white, queer, cisgender woman. She has been working in the fields of mental wellness and social work for over twenty years. She offers individual counselling to youth aged 10 years and up, and adults. She holds space for folks who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and those who are allies to our community.
Jess sees people dealing with anxiety and depression symptoms, stressful life situations and trauma, self-esteem and confidence issues, communication issues, struggles in relationships with family and friends, and identity exploration.
Jess practices from an integrated approach, which means that she draws on different types of counselling to tailor an plan that caters to each client and their unique needs and goals. Some of the different counselling perspectives that she draws from include: anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, dialectical behavioural (DBT), ecosystems, and narrative theories.
Jess is a Registered Social Worker. She has virtual availability on Wednesdays and in-person availability on Thursdays and Fridays at our office in London.
