Liam is a therapist that sees youth ages 10 -25, their families, and individual adults. People often seek out Liam’s support for things like symptoms of anxiety or depression; struggles with self-esteem; difficult family events; grief and loss; bullying and peer issues; help with managing tough emotions like anger, worry, overwhelm or sadness; stress management; school struggles; and relationship strain with family members or friends. He provides counselling in-person and online.
Liam also provides support to folks struggling with issues related to the pandemic, including but not limited to returning to school and work; new or exacerbated mental health symptoms; and social anxiety and avoidances.
Liam is a straight, white, cisgender male. He has a client-centred approach that prioritizes creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment in which individuals can openly express their thoughts and feelings in a healthy manner. He practices from an anti-oppressive lens and works with clients of most ethnicities, genders, ages, identities, religions, and backgrounds.
