Confidential, non-judgemental counselling services that cater to the needs of each family.
Children and teens need their parents/caregivers to help them navigate this world. And so YOU are a crucial component of the family counselling process.
Parents/Caregivers must be prepared to participate in the counselling process, which includes learning new coping strategies alongside their child and supporting them to use these new strategies in day-to-day life.
Parents/Caregivers do best when they are willing to reflect on their own upbringing and, with support, try different ways of responding to their child’s needs and behaviour.
Sharing the responsibility of change with your child reminds them that you are on the same team, that they are supported and loved, and that they can count on you when times get tough.

If you have done all you can and are unsure what to do next, I can help.
Through counselling sessions we can work on your goals.
In addition to providing you and your child with the chance to tell and process your story, counselling sessions can offer:
